The goal of this swim school is to provide a positive and pleasing learning experience for every swimmer. We take a very caring, gentle approach to the program we offer. The Herrick method is based on developing a high level of trust with your child, and we do our very best to make your child feel comfortable from their first lesson to their last!

Water safety is our primary concern. We believe that in Southern California, every child should become water safe by the age of five at the latest. Our desire is to make this process so enjoyable that each student not only becomes a capable swimmer, but also that he truly develops a love for the water.

With over 40 years of experience, Jim Herrick gives you his word that this is what he will do for your child.
