Parent & Me Policies

  • Classes are offered weekly at varying times based upon demand and Swim School availability.
  • Reservations can be made by phone or email (phone calls receive first priority) starting at 9:00am, exactly one week prior to a scheduled class.
  • You must check-in with the office prior to the start of a scheduled class.
  • Payment is due at check-in for your scheduled class. Cash, check or credit card is accepted.
  • Classes are considered pay-as-you-go with no minimum requirements. We do not offer refunds, however if you are not completely satisfied with your class we will provide you with a free additional class.
  • You may cancel a reservation up to one hour prior to a scheduled class by phone or email. Once we receive notice, an email confirmation of cancellation will be sent for your records. *Some classes are in very high demand and typically have a weekly waitlist. Therefore, if we do not receive notice of cancellation, we reserve the right to deny enrollment into future classes.
  • In order to maintain an appropriate student to instructor ratio, class size is strictly limited.
  • There is no free swim prior to the start of class. Parent and child can enter the water when called by the instructor and must exit at the end of the class.
  • All visitors are required to park, pick-up and drop-off in either our front or rear parking lots.
  • Our facility is located in a residential neighborhood. Visitors must respect our neighbor’s privacy and property by staying off of their front yards and driveways at all times.
