Enrollment for Pre-Swim Team requires Swim Instructor approval to ensure students are competent in all four competitive strokes: free style, backstroke, butterfly, and breaststroke.
You may discontinue Pre-Swim Team classes and relinquish your spot at any time by providing one week’s notice. Once we receive notice, an email confirmation will be sent for your records. If we do not receive notice, you may be billed for classes, as you will be considered “absent”. If you discontinue lessons, your space may not be available if you want to return; we do not hold spaces for Pre-Swim Team.
Payment is due monthly for the total number of Pre-Swim Team classes scheduled in the month regardless of absence. Totals may change monthly. Cash, check or credit cards are accepted. You may send a check through your bank. If payment isn’t received by the end of the billing month, a billing statement will be sent via email and a late fee of $15 may be incurred if payment is not received within 15 days.
A $25 registration fee per family (same household) is due at the time of Pre-Swim Team registration if a family hasn’t already registered for Private Lessons at the time of enrollment for Pre-Swim Team. The registration fee remains in effect for an entire year, allowing clients to use make-ups as well as enroll and un-enroll in private lessons at any time after the conclusion of the Pre-Swim Team season. Registration will be due again annually on the anniversary month of initial registration, if enrolled at that time.
Beginning March 1, 2021, a 10% discount can be earned by either enrolling multiple members of the same household in recurring weekly lessons or by enrolling any single individual in multiple recurring lessons per week (only one discount may apply at any given time and cannot be combined). Additionally, we honor a grandfathered rate for recurring private lessons so long as the student remains on schedule during any subsequent price increases.
Regularly scheduled Pre-Swim Team classes may be made-up if they are canceled in advance. We accommodate make-up lessons where students are absent so 24-hour notice of cancelation is appreciated. Therefore, we reserve the right to deny a make-up lesson for a no-call, no-show. It is the client’s responsibility to keep track of and schedule make-up lessons. Make-up lessons may be scheduled based on availability, during another Pre-Swim Team class or as a 20-minute private lesson. Make-up lessons accrue to the families account and may be used by any member of the same household. *While make-up lessons never expire, if your schedule is inflexible, it is not advisable to miss your regularly scheduled classes. We do not offer refunds or billing credits for missed classes.
All Pre-Swim Team classes begin promptly at their start time. If a student is late, a full lesson is not guaranteed.
We guarantee the quality of every Pre-Swim Team class. We do not offer refunds, however, if you are ever not completely satisfied with your class we will provide a free additional private lesson to be scheduled at a time other than your regularly scheduled class.
There is no free swim prior to Pre-Swim Team classes. Students can enter the water when called by their instructors and must exit at the end of the class.
All visitors are required to park, pick-up and drop-off in either our front or rear parking lots.
Our facility is located in a residential neighborhood. Visitors must respect our neighbor’s privacy and property by staying off of their front yards and driveways at all times.
